Frequently Asked Questions

Q1.) How quickly can you turn a project or assignment around?
A1.) Well, it depends really. If it is a transcription or deposition summary assignment, our team works diligently from the moment we receive our clients file(s) and begins working.  We keep you abreast of the progress or if any issues arise during the tasks completion.
Legal Research and Drafting assignments will vary depending upon the nature and complexity of the issue being tackled by our team. You would be kept abreast of the progress and alerted of issues or difficulties encountered.

Q2.) How can I reach you?
A2.) We can be reached directly by email, phone, or even instant messenger if desired.

Q3.) Since much of your work is done offshore, what are your hours of operation?
A3.) Fortunately for our clients much of their assignment is completed overnight by our skilled offshore team of attorneys.  However, your assigned Client Project Manager will always be available during our extended business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM.
We understand that not all assignments are created equal, and for that reason we have Saturday hours as well where our offshore teams are available to complete time sensitive tasks.

Q4.) How do clients exchange case information and data with you?
A4.) Our preference is to utilize any case management system already in place at our clients. However that is our clients decision to enable us access to their systems.  We understand however that it is not always feasible to enable external access given privacy and/or security policies in place.  Therefore, we offer different options to our clients who wish to transfer large files and also our own case management portal where we exchange files and project related information with our clients.

Q5.) What if the project I have in mind entails tasks or skills not not mentioned on the website?
Q5.) If you require a specialised service or skillset that we do not list here, please contact us with your requirement and we will determine if we can assist you. If we cannot we will refer you to someone who is able to provide you with that service.
