Using the Outsourcing Needs Assessment as the guideline, the RFx creation process aims to acheive:
a.) Development of the RFx, focusing on the specified needs outlined
b.) Ensuring an apples-to-apples comparability between providers
c.) Determination of the appropriate evaluation approach of LPO Provider responses

The RFx developed will be the roadmap you will need to gather the right data & information from providers - the first time. 

The goal is twofold:

1.) To have as much of your concerns alleviated as possible when the responses are received back from prospective Legal Process Outsourcing Providers. 
2.) To ensure confidence in the LPO Provider evaluation process.
